Fulfillment Cooperation
Fulfillment Cooperation
Who can apply
Vistating considers cooperation with warehouse operators, fulfillment providers, and supply partners that can deliver reliable local or regional service for customer orders.
Priority coverage
We are especially interested in capabilities serving the United States, European markets, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East, and other supported destinations. Actual cooperation depends on customer demand, product fit, compliance, service quality, and integration readiness.
Required capabilities
Partners should provide accurate inventory, clear warehouse coverage, realistic handling and delivery times, trackable carrier services, secure packaging, delivery-event updates, and responsive investigation of delayed, lost, damaged, incorrect, or returned shipments.
Product and compliance standards
Products and fulfillment processes must meet Vistating Product Standards and applicable destination-market requirements. Restricted, counterfeit, unsafe, misleading, or non-compliant products are not accepted.
Returns and customer support
A cooperation proposal should explain return addresses, inspection processes, damaged-item handling, replacement capability, refund evidence, escalation contacts, and service hours. Customer-facing decisions remain subject to Vistating policies and applicable law.
Data and system readiness
Partners must protect customer and order data, use it only for authorized fulfillment, restrict staff access, and support secure data exchange. Do not include private credentials or customer data in an initial inquiry.
Information to submit
Email [email protected] with your legal company name, website, contact person, warehouse countries and cities, service regions, product categories, daily capacity, average handling time, carriers, tracking coverage, return capability, integration options, and relevant compliance or insurance information.
Review process
Vistating reviews each proposal before any cooperation begins. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee approval, product publication, minimum volume, or exclusivity. Commercial terms and operational details are handled through private business workflows after initial qualification.
