Intellectual Property Claims
Our approach
Vistating does not knowingly permit products or content that infringe valid intellectual-property rights. Rights holders and authorized representatives may report suspected infringement for review.
Information to include
Send the following information to [email protected]:
Your full name, organization, email address, and role.
Identification of the trademark, copyright, design, patent, or other right you believe is affected.
The Vistating product or page URL for each reported item.
A clear explanation of the alleged infringement and supporting registration, authorization, or ownership evidence where relevant.
A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law.
A statement that the information submitted is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for the rights holder.
Review process
We may request additional information, temporarily restrict content, contact the relevant party, or remove a listing while the claim is reviewed. The time required depends on the completeness and complexity of the submission.
Response from affected parties
A seller, partner, or other affected party may be asked to provide authorization, ownership evidence, or a response. Content may be restored when a claim is withdrawn, resolved, or found unsupported.
Confidentiality and data use
Claim details are used to investigate and resolve the report and may be shared with affected parties, advisers, service providers, or authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required. Do not include unrelated personal or confidential information.
Misuse of the process
False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith reports may be rejected and may lead to account or cooperation restrictions. This process does not provide legal advice and does not prevent either party from using available legal remedies.
