About these terms

These Terms govern your use of Vistating and purchases made through the storefront. Vistating is operated by Quadrant Personal Shopping Trade Co., Limited, incorporated in Hong Kong. Registered address: Room 5065, 5/F, Yau Lee Centre, 45 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong.

Eligibility and lawful use

You must be able to enter into a binding contract under the law that applies to you. You may use Vistating only for lawful shopping, account, support, and cooperation activities and must provide accurate information.

Products and availability

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and delivery estimates. Colors and appearance may vary by screen. Products, prices, promotions, and stock may change before an order is accepted.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when Vistating confirms it for fulfillment. We may review, limit, or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing error, compliance concerns, stock availability, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons. Any collected payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices, currency, and payment

Prices and the transaction currency are shown before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed by authorized payment providers. You authorize the applicable charge when you confirm payment. Do not send payment card details through email or support messages.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery availability, estimated timing, and tracking depend on the product and destination. We prioritize local-warehouse fulfillment where inventory is available. Eligible local-warehouse orders include delivery as shown at checkout, and customers generally do not need to arrange import clearance or pay import duties on delivery. Taxes or other mandatory charges, if applicable, will be disclosed as required. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, address issues, peak periods, or events outside reasonable control.

Returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, return shipping, and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy presented on Vistating. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law are not limited by these Terms.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Notify support@vistating.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend access to protect customers, Vistating, or the integrity of the service.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape or access systems without authorization, submit unlawful or misleading content, infringe intellectual-property rights, abuse promotions, or use the service for fraud or resale activities that violate applicable rules.

Intellectual property

The Vistating name, storefront design, original content, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Vistating and are protected by applicable law. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Report suspected infringement through the IP Claims page or info@vistating.com.

Third-party services

Payment providers, carriers, warehouses, and other service providers may apply their own terms to their services. Vistating is not responsible for third-party services beyond the obligations imposed on us by applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Vistating is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or rights available under the law of your place of residence.

Changes and contact
